Key takeaways
- "White-label" means very different things across vendors. Some give you branded PDFs, some give branded Looker Studio dashboards, and very few give you a fully re-skinned app. Ask for a demo of the exact thing your client will see.
- Compare cost per active client, not the headline plan price. Credit-based plans can drain in two weeks if you track too many models per prompt.
- Agency-first tools like Rank Prompt, Ayzeo and Slate are cheap and built for portfolios. Platforms like Promptwatch go further by helping you fix the gaps, which is what lets you charge more than a reporting fee.
- Agencies that already resell AI visibility reportedly charge $500 to $1,500 per client per month, per Ayzeo. Execution work (content, crawler fixes) is what moves a retainer up that range.
- Many vendor comparisons online are written by vendors who rank themselves first. Treat pricing as a starting point and verify it on the pricing page.
Why agencies are reselling GEO now
Your clients are asking why ChatGPT recommends a competitor. Five years ago the question was where they rank on Google. That's a new service line, and it's easier to productize than most agencies expect.
The tooling problem is different from the in-house problem, though. An in-house team tracks one brand. You track twenty, each with its own competitors, its own reporting cadence and a client who wants their logo on the dashboard, not yours. Most AI visibility tools were built for a single brand with a "team seat" bolted on later. That model breaks the moment you try to run a client portfolio.
If you want a sense of what's worth reporting, Promptwatch Data shows that ChatGPT cites different content than people assume. In its Sep 28 to Oct 4, 2026 window, product pages were 22.4% of ChatGPT citations, landing pages 16.8% and listicles 13.6%. For commercial prompts, product pages rose to 26.0%. That is the kind of insight a client report should translate into a to-do list, not just a chart.
If you'd rather hand the whole thing to specialists, agencies like 1001 SEO Media run GEO programs for brands directly. But this guide is for agencies building their own offer.
What to evaluate before you buy
Six criteria separate a platform that works for client portfolios from one that works for a single brand:
- White-label reports. Can you export or schedule branded PDFs and emails?
- Client portals. Can a client log into a branded dashboard, or are you emailing files forever?
- Multi-brand management. How many clients fit in one account, and how painful is switching between them?
- Per-client pricing. Is the cost of adding a client predictable, or does each one trigger an upsell?
- Prospecting and pitch features. Can you run a visibility audit on a prospect before the sales call?
- API and integrations. Can you pipe data into Looker Studio, your own dashboards or automations?
A seventh question I'd add: can the platform tell you what to do next? Reporting alone is easy to commoditize. Once three vendors can show a client a chart, the agency that can also fix the problem keeps the retainer.
The platforms compared
| Platform | White-label approach | Agency pricing signal | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Promptwatch | White-label PDF exports and scheduled reports, white-label workspaces, branded read-only client access | Kick-off $199/mo, Growth $399/mo, Scale $799/mo | Agencies that sell results, not just reports |
| Rank Prompt | White-label reports emailed after each run, client logins on higher tier | Agency $149/mo (50 brands), Agency Plus $299/mo (500 brands) | Low-cost portfolio reporting |
| Ayzeo | White-label PDF and DOCX reports, branded dashboard, prospect scanner | Pro $149/mo covers 3 client projects, extra clients $49/mo each | Small agencies launching fast |
| Peec AI | Branded Looker Studio dashboards, read-only client links, 7-day pitch projects | Credit-based agency tiers; brand plans from about 70 EUR/mo | Competitor benchmarking |
| Otterly.AI | Branded Looker Studio only, native UI not white-labelled | Standard $189/mo, Premium $489/mo | Lightweight monitoring |
| Profound | Agency Mode with per-client workspaces, white-label reporting not publicly documented | Client workspace add-on $399/mo each | Enterprise-heavy rosters |
| Scrunch | White-label not publicly stated | Agency Core $500/mo with 3 brand workspaces | Agencies wanting a deeper monitoring tool |
| Ansvisor | White-label reports, Looker Studio connector, open source | Growth plan with 4 brands | Technical agencies that want to self-host |
Pricing comes from third-party comparisons (Ayzeo, SearchEye, get3rd) and shifts often. Peec restructured pricing on Aug 14, 2026, and Scrunch and Profound both changed plans in October 2026. Confirm everything on the vendor's own page.
Promptwatch: for agencies that sell outcomes
Promptwatch is the one I'd look at first if your pitch is "we'll get your client cited," not "we'll send you a monthly chart." The agency plans (Kick-off, Growth and Scale) include unlimited projects, pitch projects and prompts, 10 seats, every AI model, country, state and city tracking, crawler logs, visitor analytics, site audit, content gap analysis and custom reports, plus MCP and API access. White-label branding applies to exports and scheduled PDF reports, and agencies get white-label workspaces and branded read-only client access.

What makes it different for resale is the stuff behind the report. IP-verified AI crawler logs show whether GPTBot, ClaudeBot or PerplexityBot are actually reaching a client's pages and hitting errors. Visitor analytics tie AI platforms to real traffic and conversions. The Action Board turns all of it into a prioritized to-do list your team can assign. That gives you billable work for every client, not a dashboard you hope they keep paying for.
Pricing is on the pricing page, so check it before quoting: Kick-off is $199/mo (10,000 responses), Growth is $399/mo (25,000 responses) and Scale is $799/mo (65,000 responses, audit log, local GEO/SEO targeting at exact coordinates). One honest caveat: agency plans don't include the Content Agent, AEO articles or the Knowledge Base. Those sit on Business and Enterprise, so if you plan to publish at scale for a client, price that in separately.
For reference, Crisp saw 2x higher conversion from AI traffic than from traditional channels after fixing its content gaps, and the agency Monks uses the Answer Gap Report and Visibility Score to build content roadmaps for enterprise clients. Both are the sort of story you can retell to a prospect.
Rank Prompt: cheapest way to cover a big client list
Rank Prompt is built around the multi-client case. Its Agency plan is listed at $149/mo with 50 brands, and white-label reports are emailed to clients after each scheduled run. Agency Plus at $299/mo adds a full agency dashboard, client logins, prospecting and 500 brands.

The catch is that this is a vendor ranking itself first, and I couldn't independently verify the pricing. The model is attractive if you mostly need reporting at volume. It's weaker if you need deep crawler data or content workflows.
Ayzeo: fast launch for small rosters
Ayzeo layers its white-labeling. PDF and editable Word reports are included in Pro at $149/mo, and as of an October 25, 2026 update, dashboard branding and a Prospect Scanner are included when your organization is set to Agency. It gives each paying account 30 prospect scans a month. The editable DOCX is a nice touch, because you can rewrite the executive summary before it goes out.

Pricing math is simple: $149/mo covers 3 client projects, and extra clients are $49/mo each. That works great for ten clients and gets less compelling at fifty. Again, this is self-reported by Ayzeo.
Peec AI and Otterly.AI: good data, thinner white-labeling
Peec AI is strong on competitor benchmarking. Its agency tiers (Essential, Growth, Scale, Comprehensive) are credit-based, where one credit is one prompt on one model for one day. All agency tiers include unlimited users and client seats, free 7-day pitch projects and branded Looker Studio dashboards with read-only client links. The pitfall, flagged by SearchEye, is that you can burn a monthly credit pool in two weeks by tracking too many models per prompt.
Otterly.AI is a lighter option. Standard runs $189/mo and Premium $489/mo according to get3rd. Agency benefits require Agency Partner status, and reporting is branded Looker Studio only. Ayzeo reports that the native interface and URLs can't be white-labelled. If your clients never log in and you deliver via Looker Studio anyway, that may be fine.

Profound and Scrunch: heavier, enterprise-leaning
Profound has a real Agency Mode with a workspace per client, but the add-on is $399/mo per client workspace, which includes 100 prompts and 6 articles a month. Ten clients would cost $3,990+/mo before any base fee, and the base price isn't published. Self-serve tiers were reportedly retired in October 2026. White-label reporting isn't publicly documented. It makes sense if your roster is a few large enterprise accounts.

Scrunch was repackaged on Oct 2, 2026: Agency Core is $500/mo with 3 brand workspaces and unlimited users, and anything bigger needs custom Enterprise pricing. It offers a free prospecting license through its partner program. Like Profound, white-label reporting isn't stated publicly, so ask before you sign.
SEO suites and reporting tools with AI add-ons
If your agency already lives in a reporting stack, bolting AI visibility on can be the path of least resistance.
- Semrush: the AI Toolkit costs $99 per domain on annual billing, and a Pro Report white-label add-on is $20/mo. Ansvisor's roundup notes Semrush discontinued its Agency Growth Kit and client portal and moved white-label reporting into My Reports Pro.
- AgencyAnalytics: puts your logo and colors on dashboards and reports, connects 85+ marketing platforms and lists a new AI Tracker. Good if one branded dashboard for SEO, ads and social matters more than AI depth.
- Writesonic: lists white-label reporting, a pitch workspace and pre-built statements of work, with content tooling alongside tracking.
- Ansvisor: open source and self-hostable under the MIT license, with white-label reports on its Growth plan.

The trade-off with SEO suites is shallow AI-specific data. Fixed prompt sets, little visibility into what AI crawlers actually do on a client's site, and no real attribution of AI traffic.
What "white-label" really means
The get3rd comparison makes a sharp point: none of the vendors it compared ships a fully white-labeled app. Most "white-label" means branded Looker Studio dashboards or exported reports. That's not a deal-breaker, but you should know which kind you're buying.
Before you commit, check each of these in a trial:
- Does the client-facing URL carry your domain, or the vendor's?
- Does the vendor's logo appear in exports, emails or footers?
- Can clients log in, and can you restrict them to read-only?
- Can you hand a prospect a branded report before they pay?
I haven't found independent hands-on reviews of white-label report quality, so a trial with a real client's data is the only reliable test.
Pricing sanity check
SearchEye puts the market at roughly $100 to $800/mo for the platform before enterprise contracts, extra domains or credits. Per-client agency pricing is rarely public. Per get3rd, only Profound and Otterly put numbers on the page.
Build a quick model with your real roster:
- Number of active clients, not accounts
- Prompts per client and models per prompt
- Whether extra clients trigger add-on fees
- Whether crawler logs and visitor analytics are included or priced separately
Then compare cost per client per month against what you charge. If you sell monitoring at $500 and your tooling costs $100 per client, the margin is fine. If you sell at $500 and tooling costs $399, it isn't.
Which one should you pick
- You want a branded report and 20+ small clients at the lowest cost: start with Rank Prompt or Ayzeo, and verify limits in a trial.
- You want one dashboard for SEO, ads and AI: AgencyAnalytics, with an AI tracker on top.
- You want benchmarking and pitch projects: Peec AI, but watch credit burn.
- You sell AI visibility as growth, with fixes and measurable traffic: Promptwatch. Crawler logs, visitor analytics and the Action Board give you the deliverables behind the report.
- You work with a few enterprise clients and have budget: Profound or Scrunch, after confirming white-label details.
If you want to browse more options, the GEO software directory at bestgeosoftware.com lists dozens of platforms beyond the ones here.
Launching the service
A practical rollout that works for most agencies:
- Pick one platform and run a trial on two real client accounts.
- Run pitch audits on five prospects to test the prospecting workflow.
- Export a white-label report per client market and check every page for vendor branding.
- Package it: a monitoring tier, and a higher tier that includes remediation work.
- Report each AI engine separately. Promptwatch Data's average sources per response report shows ChatGPT citing about 5 sources per answer and AI Overviews about 10, so a single blended number misleads. Note that report is dated September 2025, so check current figures.
The agencies that keep clients are the ones whose reports end with a list of things that will change next month. Pick the platform that makes that list easy to produce.
